Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa, Lausanne

My stay at the hotel was absolutely spectacular! The rooms were sublime, boasting balconies that provided amazing views. They were not only soundproof but also very dark at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist in a non-intrusive manner. The location was lovely, offering fantastic access to both metro and bus lines, perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was truly excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The facilities were outstanding, including a spa area and pool for relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent with a nice wooden floor and a very nice finishing, clean and offering a lovely garden view. The service was outstanding, with the staff being very well prepared, kind, and extremely friendly. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the city and local attractions. The dining experience was a daily highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious foods. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing on some occasions. Overall, a great value for money.

From the moment we stepped in, the smiling and helpful staff welcomed us to the fabulous spacious rooms that were not just modern and clean but excellently equipped. Although the hotel isn’t in a lush green area, the first-class location right across a Metro station paired with the convenience of access to trams makes up for it. The dining experience was satisfying, but a bit limited in variety for people with dietary restrictions.

The location was perfect, close to both the underground train station, the lake front, and the town center. The complimentary transport card was a great bonus, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was delightful, with food of the highest quality that rivaled starred restaurants. The facilities, especially the spa and swimming pool area, were impressive, offering a luxurious experience.
